Thank you, thank you, thank you! What a blissful experience to hear Jodie’s era talked about with joy and positivity, and without the endless Chris Chibnall bashing that apparently has to be included everywhere else in fandom! All the reasons and all the favourite episodes spoken off by you Verities hit the spot with me. I would like to add as one of my favourites It Takes You Away. The whole grief arc for Graham in Jodie’s first series was beautifully handled by Chibs, and frankly helped me through my own dark time of loss. That episode made a beautiful point of the need for those who have lost to go on and make the most of life as their loved ones would have wanted. Gorgeous writing, and superb character work by all involved. My one complaint of the Jodie era is we didn’t enough of her.
